• Provide as many details as possible regarding your order, such as the item you are interested in.  (T-shirts, sweatshirts, totes, etc.) 
  
• If you have already picked out an item using the links on the Apparel and Accessories page, include catalog number, item number, color, and size.  If you need assistance in finding an item, let us know.  We will be happy to help you and to offer suggestions.
  
• If you have already picked out a design, also include the catalog number, name of the design, and item number.  If you need help finding designs, let us know.  We do design searches. 
  
• We will respond within 5 business days to gather more details in order to put together a quote for your approval.  It may take multiple emails before we are done.  We want to make sure we get it right!
• Most orders take 2-4 weeks turnaround, based on complexity, number of items, and scheduling of other orders that are in progress.
